一、总则第一条为加强人民法院诉讼档案的管理,根据国家档案局制定的《机关档案工作条例》的精神,结合诉讼档案的实际情况,制定本办法。第二条诉讼档案是国家重要的专业档案,是人民法院审判活动的记录,又是做好审判工作的依据和必要条件。诉讼档案管理工作是审判工作的一个组成部分,各级人民法院一定要切实做好。第三条各级人民法院负责集中统一管理本院的全部档案(包括录音带、录像带、影片等声像材料),确保档案的完整、安全,严守档案机密,积极提供利用,为审判工作和国家现代化建设服务。
I.
