Bridgestone said the company’s 2012 sales are expected to reach 43 billion U.S. dollars. Bridgestone expects its operating profit in 2012 to reach 3.44 billion U.S. dollars due to the increase in sales, which is more than 8% higher than the 2010 profit forecast.
