心肌张力是区域心肌收缩性能评定的重要参量之一。七十年代以来随着心血管系统研究的不断深入,人们越来越重视心肌节段收缩性能的异常对心脏总体功能的影响,因而心肌张力测定也开始用于心室不同区域心肌收缩性能的研究。本研究的目的在于通过直接的心肌节段张力测定等指标对不同的心脏负荷状态、变力性干予及急性心肌缺血对左室区域心肌功能的影响进行了观察。
Myocardial tone is one of the most important parameters in the assessment of regional myocardial contractility. Since the 1970s, with the continuous research of cardiovascular system, people pay more and more attention to the influence of the abnormality of myocardial segment abnormality on the general function of the heart. Therefore, the measurement of myocardial tension began to be used to study the myocardial contractility in different regions of the ventricle. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different cardiac load status, force-ganism and acute myocardial ischemia on myocardial function in the left ventricular region by direct myocardial segment tensiometry and other indicators.
