介绍了采用上位机和下位机构成的微机监控系统所完成的对现场数据进行实时监控和管理的各种功能,分别说明了上位机和下位机的程序设计方法,讨论了上位机和下位机在数据传输中应注意的问题。为提高监测的实时性,系统选用上、下2台微机,下位微机的任务是实时进行监控并给上位微机传送现场数据,其任务的简单性使得系统的可靠性得到提高。上位微机实时接收下位微机传来的数据组成报表和分析数据,使得工作人员能够利用报表和数据来指导生产和管理。
This paper introduces various functions of on-site data real-time monitoring and management by computer monitoring system which is composed of upper computer and lower computer. The program design methods of upper computer and lower computer are respectively described. The relationship between upper computer and lower computer is discussed Data transmission should pay attention to the problem. In order to improve the real-time monitoring, the system selects two computers at the upper and the lower. The task of the lower computer is to monitor the real-time data and transmit the field data to the upper computer. The simplicity of the task makes the reliability of the system improved. The host computer receives the data from the lower computer in real time to form the report and analysis data, which enables the staff to use the report and data to guide the production and management.
