华东政法学院知识产权学院成立于2003年11月,下设知识产权法和知识产权管理两个教研室。拥有一支活跃于知识产权理论界和实务界、具有丰硕研究成果的教学与研究队伍,其中博士生导师三名、教授四名、副教授五名、讲师两名,博士后两名、博士或博士在读六名;同时,知识产权学院还有来自于知识产权行政管理机关、司法机关、学术界、企业界的兼职教授十五人、外聘教师六名;已组建了一支涵盖知识产权管理、专利、版权、商标等知识产权诸方向、结构合理的知识产权专业教学和研究梯队。
East China University of Politics and Law School of Intellectual Property was established in November 2003, under the intellectual property law and intellectual property management of two teaching and research. There is an active teaching and research team active in the fields of intellectual property theory and practice and having fruitful research achievements, including three doctoral tutors, four professors, five associate professors, two lecturers, two postdoctoral fellows, and Ph.D. or Ph.D. Meanwhile, the Intellectual Property Institute also has 15 part-time professors and 6 external teachers from the intellectual property administration, judiciary, academia and business circles. It has also set up a training center covering intellectual property management, patents , Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all directions, rational structure of intellectual property professional teaching and research echelon.
