我厂年处理量为80万吨的延迟焦化装置有4座焦塔,每座塔有两个 D_R350毫米出口阀。在焦炭塔的周期性生产中,每一循环,两个阀门就得开关一次。每次开关均需几个人同时操作才能扳动,劳动强度大,操作困难。我们经过多方面的考察,进行了几种方案的比较,最后选用机械化(液压)控制方案,对阀门上部进行了改造。1983年又对控制系统进行了改进。经过近五年来的运行考察,控制安全可靠,使用灵活,免除了笨重的体力劳动,有利于安全生产。1.机械化(液压)控制系统为了操作方便,减小误差,保证安全生产,采用了两组液压控制系统(图1),每一组液压系统控制4个阀门。
Our annual processing capacity of 800,000 tons of delayed coking unit has four coke towers, each tower has two D_R350 mm outlet valve. In the coke drum of the cyclical production, every cycle, the two valves have to switch. Each switch requires several people to operate simultaneously to pull, labor-intensive, difficult to operate. After many inspections, we carried out the comparison of several schemes and finally selected the mechanized (hydraulic) control scheme to transform the upper part of the valve. In 1983, the control system was improved. After nearly five years of operation inspection, safe and reliable control, flexible use, eliminating bulky manual labor, is conducive to safety in production. 1. Mechanized (hydraulic) control system In order to facilitate the operation, reduce errors, to ensure safe production, the use of two sets of hydraulic control system (Figure 1), each set of hydraulic system control 4 valves.
