本文从现阶段我国银行卡消费者权益保护现状出发,分析了银行卡业务领域金融消费者权益保护存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了保护金融消费者权益的对策和建议。
Based on the present situation of consumer protection of bank card in our country, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the protection of financial consumers in the field of bank card business, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to protect the rights and interests of financial consumers against these problems.
