病人,男,51 岁.因甲状腺切除术后5 年余,左侧甲状腺腺瘤,右侧结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤形成,左颈部占位4 年余于2020年1 月30 日入院.甲状腺彩超检查:颈部双侧甲状腺位置未探及正常甲状腺组织,为巨大肿块,左侧9 cm ×5cm,右侧5 cm ×5 cm,无压痛,气管稍向右侧偏移,无声音嘶哑;2 个月前穿刺活检查见微滤泡.
