解放思想、开拓创新,才能推动国有资产和国有企业改革取得新突破……党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,对全面深化国有资产和国有企业改革进行了总体部署,提出了新思路、新任务、新举措。现阶段,我们要以此为基本遵循,进一步解放思想、开拓创新,推动国有资产和国有企业改革取得新突破。坚持深化国有企业改革30多年的改革开放,使我国的国有企业管理体制与经营机制发生了深刻变化,正如党的十八届三中全会作出的科学判断:“国有企业总体上已经同市场经济相融合”。
Emancipating the mind and pioneering and innovating can a new breakthrough be made in the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises. The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform” was passed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Enterprise reform carried out the overall deployment, put forward new ideas, new tasks, new initiatives. At this stage, we must follow this as the basic principle, further emancipate our minds, blaze new trails and make new breakthroughs in the reform of State-owned assets and state-owned enterprises. Insisting on deepening the reform and opening up of the state-owned enterprises for over 30 years has profoundly changed the management system and operating mechanism of our state-owned enterprises. As the scientific judgment made by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee: “The state-owned enterprises as a whole are already in line with the market economy Convergence ”.
