现代企业制度的建立，迫切地召唤一大批现代企业家。什么是现代企业家的基本素质？本文认为，应包括这么三个方面：认识国情厂情是其基本条件；具有战略意识是其基本思维；富于献身精神是其基本素质。
The establishment of a modern enterprise system urgently calls for a large number of modern entrepreneurs. What is the basic quality of modern entrepreneurs? This article believes that these three aspects should be included: understanding the conditions of the national conditions is its basic condition; having strategic awareness is its basic thinking; and being full of devotion is its basic quality.
