目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖(GLU)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)测定指标相互关系的临床应用。方法应用日立7600全自动生化分析仪分别测定150例(含老年组100例、中年组50例)2型糖尿病患者的GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、HDL-C与LDL-C的含量,同时与120例正常对照组检测结果进行比较。结果两组2型糖尿病患者中的GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而HDL-C较正常对照组稍低(P>0.05);中年组的HbA1c、TG与老年组的有较显著差异(HbA1c的P<0.01,TG的P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者的GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C与正常健康人的检测结果有显著性差异,而且GLU、HbA1c、TC、LDL-C相互之间呈正相关,GLU还与HDL-C呈正相关。联合测定GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C与HDL-C对糖尿病的诊断治疗、预防并发症等有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ) Determination of the relationship between indicators of clinical application. Methods The contents of GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in 150 patients (including 100 elderly patients and 50 middle aged patients) with type 2 diabetes mellitus were measured by Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer. And 120 cases of normal control group test results were compared. Results The GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG and LDL-C in type 2 diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), while HDL-C was slightly lower than that in normal controls (P> 0.05) The annual level of HbA1c, TG was significantly different from the elderly group (P <0.01 for HbA1c, P <0.05 for TG). Conclusion The results of GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG and LDL-C in type 2 diabetic patients are significantly different from those in normal healthy people. There is a positive correlation between GLU, HbA1c, TC and LDL-C, C was positively correlated. Combined determination of GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C on the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, prevention of complications have a higher clinical value.
