作者前瞻性地随访了18例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)和4例亚急性皮肤狼疮妇女的25次妊娠情况。在 SLE 组,6例有肾脏病,其中2例合并高血压,5例有高水平的抗磷脂抗体(其中3例早已有过妊娠失败)。
The authors prospectively followed 25 pregnancies in 18 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 4 with subacute cutaneous lupus. Six patients had kidney disease in the SLE group, two of whom had hypertension and five had high levels of antiphospholipid antibodies (three of them had already had a failed pregnancy).
