                                 我国是发展中国家,在今后相当长的时间内,新建工程仍是投资的重点,只有少量的资金用来维护和改善现有的桥梁,以适应交通运输的发展。因此我们必须考虑将这少量的资金及时有效地分配到最需要改造的桥梁上去,这就需要对目前不同程度损坏的桥梁进行全面、科学的评估。近年来的经济发展反映在公路运输上,表现为交通量猛增,载重量增大。由于设计标准的改变,载重能力的提高,使得许多已建桥梁的承载力变得偏低,桥面变窄,线型不良。因此,对桥梁进行检测分析,进而对桥梁建立切实可行的评估标准,并以此为依据采取合适的维修方案提高其可靠性,已成为当务之急。
As a developing country, our country is still a developing country for a long time to come. New construction projects will still be the focus of investment. Only a small amount of funds will be used to maintain and improve the existing bridges so as to adapt to the development of transportation. Therefore, we must consider allocating this small amount of funds to the bridges that need to be rebuilt in a timely manner and efficiently. This requires a comprehensive and scientific assessment of bridges damaged to varying degrees at present. The economic development in recent years is reflected in the road transport, which shows a sharp increase in traffic volume and an increase in load. Due to the change of design standards and the increase of load capacity, the bearing capacity of many built bridges becomes low, the bridge deck becomes narrower and the linearity is not good. Therefore, the detection and analysis of the bridge, and then to establish practical assessment criteria for the bridge, and based on which to take appropriate maintenance programs to improve its reliability, has become a top priority.
