为探讨环境因素对飞行人员的影响,本文做了四组大鼠实验.80只Wistar大鼠随机分为:高温组(40℃,82%相对湿度)、噪声组(115dB)、两组条件相加的复合组和对照组.用特异性放射免疫法测定各组血清心钠素(ANP)、心脏扩张素(CDD).内源性洋地黄因子(EDLS)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)及内皮素(ET)含量.高温组血浆ANP含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05).高温组、噪声组血浆CDD含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05).高温组、噪声组及复合组血浆ATⅡ明显高于对照组(P<0.05).复合组血浆ET含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05).各组EDLS含量无显著差异.提示:ANP、CDD、ATⅡ含量变化与高温、噪声引起大鼠脱水、失盐及交感神经兴奋、肾素分泌增加有关.为机体的代偿反应.长时间的高温、噪声刺激对机体有害.
In order to explore the impact of environmental factors on pilots, four groups of rats were used in this study.80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into high temperature group (40 ℃, 82% relative humidity), noise group (115dB) Plus compound group and control group.Serum atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), cardiac diastolic factor (CDD), endogenous digitalis (EDLS), angiotensin Ⅱ (ATⅡ) The content of plasma endothelin (ET) in high temperature group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05) .In high temperature group, plasma CDD level in noise group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05), while plasma ET level was significantly higher in the combined group than that in the control group (P <0.05) .There was no significant difference in EDLS content in each group.It was suggested that the content of ANP, CDD, Cause rat dehydration, loss of salt and sympathetic excitement, increased secretion of renin related to the body compensatory response.High temperature for a long time, noise is harmful to the body.
