本文以经济新常态背景下的银行个贷业务生产要素动员问题为研究对象。本文对银行个贷业务所涉及生产要素进行了界定,以效用论为基础对个人信贷业务的客户、客户经理、管理者、合作单位人员等生产要素所有者的行为进行了研究,分析了他们之间对不同类别激励措施的反映差异。在此基础上,本文就如何动员银行个贷业务生产要素进行了深入分析,结合当前银行个贷业务发展情况,总结了生产要素动员对银行个贷业务发展的几点启示。
This article takes the mobilization of production factors of bank loan business under the new economic normal as the research object. This paper defines the factors of production involved in the loan business of the bank, and based on the theory of utility, studies the behavior of the owners of the factors of production, such as customers, account managers, managers and partners of the personal credit business, and analyzes their The difference between the different types of incentives reflected. On this basis, this article has carried on the thorough analysis to how to mobilize the production factors of the bank personal loan business, combined with the current development of the personal loan business in the bank, summed up some enlightenment of the factor mobilization on the development of the personal loan business.
