几年来,特别是今年以来,我厂坚持执行了干部深入生产第一线的制度.全厂科室91名干部中有60%以上的干部经常在第一线上参加生产,指挥生产.车间134名干部全部和工人实行了“四同”,从而密切了干群关系,提高了干部思想水平,改进了工作作风,提高了管理水平,对推动生产的持续跃进起了显著作用. 干部能不能深入生产第一线?开始全厂干部思想上斗争的很激烈.部分干部有“三怕”思想,一怕业务忙,下去会影响本职工作,二怕业务生,下去会碰钉子,三怕脏怕累.党委针对这种情况,提出“不懂就学,不通就辩,不信就看”,并组织干部学习了“新型的社会主义企业管理制度”“对生产应当深知深解”
