西沙必利(cisaprid、普瑞博思)是一种新型的胃肠道动力药。使用后可加强并协调胃肠道运动,有效解除消化不良症状。笔者观察了使用该药治疗老年人慢性便秘的效果,现总结如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 病例选择 选择1996年1月1日～1997年6月31日间住院及门诊老年人慢性便秘患者41例,其中住院11例,门诊30例;男性32例,女性9例;年龄60岁～89岁,平均71.8岁。本组病例平时都使用各种缓泻药,通常只能起临时作用,未能取得满意疗效。表现为大便干结,排便困难,次数减少,伴有腹胀不适,病程>0.5a;临床排除内分泌代谢性疾病,药物原因以及截瘫引起的器质性便秘。单纯便秘15例(36.6％),伴有其他慢性心肺等疾病26例 Cisapride (cisaprid, Puri Boss) is a new type of gastrointestinal motility drug.
