创新能力是在智力发展的基础上形成的一种综合能力,它是人的能力的重要组成部分,随着社会的发展,对人的创新能力要求越来越高,它已成为当前社会人才必备的素质之一。培养学生的创新能力,是每个教育工作者肩负的重任,而课堂是实施素质教育,培养学生创新能力的主阵地。因此,在教学中更应该积极培养学生的创新能力。下面谈谈我在生物教学中的几点体会:
