目前,行政垄断的问题日益突出。经济生活中的各种行政垄断行为,不仅严重侵害了市场主体的经营自主权,破坏了公平竞争的市场秩序,而且还滋生了一些不正之风和经济犯罪现象。然而由于我国反行政垄断立法十分落后,对行政垄断的规制疲软无力,致使行政垄断危害日甚。为此,本文就有关行政垄断及消除对策等问题作初步探析。 At present, the issue of administrative monopoly has become increasingly prominent.
