师生关系是否和谐直接影响着教学效果,同时也决定了教育目标是否能够实现,而师生关系紧张一直以来却是中职学校存在的一个大问题。众所周知,学校环境中最重要、最基本的人际关系就是师生关系,和谐的师生关系能够促进学生的健康成长,达到中职学校的教育目的,培养具备创新实践精神的专业人才。可以说,如何构建和谐的师生关系是目前中职学校发展必须解决的问题,广大中职教育工作者应积极地思考并探究解决策略,发挥和谐师生关系的良好作用,将其贯穿于整个教学过程中,以更好地组织并开展各项教育教学工作,切实提高中职学校的教学质量。
Whether the teacher-student relationship is harmonious or not directly influences the teaching effect and also determines whether the educational goal can be achieved. However, the tension between teachers and students has always been a big problem for secondary vocational schools. As we all know, the most important and basic interpersonal relationship in the school environment is the relationship between teachers and students. The harmonious relationship between teachers and students can promote the healthy growth of students, achieve the educational goal of secondary vocational schools, and cultivate professionals with innovative practice. It can be said that how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is a problem that must be solved in the development of secondary vocational schools at present. The majority of secondary vocational education workers should actively think and explore strategies for solving problems and give play to the harmonious role of teachers and students in a harmonious way. Teaching process, in order to better organize and carry out various education and teaching work, and effectively improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools.
