过去钢材(坯)低倍检验试样是热锯锯取的,长度为60~120mm。试样两端带有热锯时留下的毛刺。因试样较短,只能卡在夹具上30mm左右。所以必须把两个夹点的毛刺用手工打平,才能夹紧试样。而且锯取的试样面多数与料的纵向不垂直,类似马蹄形。还得经过两道粗、细车削加工,然后上磨床一块块磨。这种加工方法工序多、效率低、劳动强度大,手工紧固就有4~5次。同时试样周转时间长,能源消耗大。且加工出试样长度不同,限制了磨削加工。现在我们自行设计了一件很简单的卡具,可以卡两端带有毛刺的试样。把卡具固定在锯床平底板上,将试样放在卡具孔中,只紧固一次即可。再用二件靠板来代替单锯
