国内外已发表的文献中,在研究双作用凸轮转子叶片泵流量脉动特性时,没有考虑触点偏移的影响,使计算结果误差很大。本文在考虑具有触点偏移的情况下,研究双作用凸轮转子叶片泵理论瞬时流量的计算方法,并用这种方法对两种类型过渡曲线进行分析,讨论了触点偏移对流量均匀性的影响,改善流量均匀性的方法,叶片结构的合理设计等。并同时从流量均匀性和动力学角度论证了平方型等加速等减速过渡曲线是一种综合性能较好的过渡曲线,推荐在凸轮转子叶片泵中采用。
In the published literature both at home and abroad, the influence of the contact offset has not been considered when studying the pulsating characteristics of the dual-acting cam rotor vane pump, which results in a large error in the calculation results. In this paper, the calculation method of theoretical instantaneous flow of double-acting cam rotor vane pump is studied under the condition of contact offset. The two types of transition curve are analyzed by this method. The influence of contact offset on flow uniformity Affect, improve the flow uniformity method, the rational design of the blade structure. At the same time, it is demonstrated from the flow uniformity and kinetics that the acceleration curve such as square type is a transition curve with good comprehensive performance. It is recommended to use in the cam rotor vane pump.
