北极红点鲑是一种通体棕红,体表带有浅棕和白色斑点的很漂亮的鱼。红点鲑目前全世界每年产量才400t,少有养殖,主要是游钓产量,人们均以钓到这种鱼为幸事,北极红点鲑就更是这类鱼的极品。近年国内已有引进,并养成鱼种、商品鱼,数量很少,但北极红点鲑的养殖难度不大,虽然由于卵小,早期鱼苗成活率较低,但它有耐低温、耐低氧和生长快的优点,传统的养鲑系统对它完全适用,所以是一个很有前景的养殖品种。根据本人养殖实践及参考国外资料,现将其介绍如下:
