本文所释“妊娠服药禁歌”系元·李杲《珍珠囊指掌补遗药性赋》所载者。由于该歌诀文简义略,有些药名较难理解,如“蚖”、“野葛”等。有些药物古今名同实异,令人迷惑不解或有争议之处甚多。另外,歌诀中部分药物,经临床实践证实,对妊娠并无多大危害,如半夏、白茅根等,应从歌诀中“解放”出来。为抛砖引玉,原抒以拙见,以便引起深入讨论。并随笔浅谈对妊娠禁忌药的认识和体会。
