通过近几年来的调查,我省已收集茶树品种资源240余种,建立品种资源圃10亩。在发现的273种资源中,有90余种性状优良。其中有的是半乔木型,有的是灌木型,有的叶片很大,有的白毫特多;有的适制红茶,有的适制绿茶,有的适制特种名茶。较突出的资源有以下几种。1.江华苦茶:原产于南岭山脉,在江华瑶族自治县的广大林区及郴州地区的汝城、桂东、临武、宜章,湘潭地区的酃县、茶陵等县都有分布。江华苦茶原属半乔木型,树姿直立,主干直径15—25厘米,枝下
