我厂是国家建材部八大定点企业之一,有30多年的石材生产加工历史。现生产过程采用引进的意大利全套石材加工生产线,产品畅销国内外。 为了提高生产效率,节能降耗,降低产品成本,1993年6月我们用广联实业有限公司经销的倍力工业宝(水剂)在龙门切割机的循环水冷系统中作了单池试验。试验所用的国产锯碟,直径2m,共有已使用过3天的刀头128个,试验水池容积为4.7m~3。根据产品说明按1％比例的水加入池中,共加入441倍力工业宝(水剂),试验分别用三峡红、西丽红、阳江红、桃花
Our factory is one of the eight designated enterprises of the State Ministry of Building Materials and has a history of stone production and processing for more than 30 years. The current production process adopts the introduction of a full set of Italian stone processing production lines, the products sell well at home and abroad. In order to increase production efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption, and reduce product costs, in June 1993, we used the Bally Industrial Po (water agent) distributed by Guanglian Industrial Co., Ltd. to conduct a single-pool test in the circulating water cooling system of a gantry cutter. The domestic saw disk used in the test, with a diameter of 2m, has a total of 128 cutter heads that have been used for 3 days. The test pool volume is 4.7m~3. According to the product description, 1% proportion of water was added to the pool, and 441 times of Industrial Liquor (water agent) was added. Three Gorges Red, Xili Red, Yangjiang Red and Peach were used for the test.
