我国省际民族聚居区要实现跨越式发展,需要开展跨界协作,进行政府创新实践,满足跨界协作中的制度需求。我国现有的可以借鉴的地方政府跨界协作创新实践主要有基于组织机制视角下的组织结构、协调机制创新实践,基于主导力量视角下的上级政府主导型和地方政府主导型政府创新实践,以及我国现有的省际民族聚居区地方政府跨界协作政府创新实践。
