从人工流产和自然产,获取5~41周人胎盘兹养细胞标本67例。用透射电镜观察其超微结构的动态变化。结果发现了以往文献记述以外的另两类细胞亚型(即暗细胞型细胞滋养细胞和过渡型合体滋养细胞),并观察了兹养细胞的融合图象,胞质含有桥粒旋转的样式,说明融合有旋转力的动作,它与合体细胞核聚集及合体细胞纪的形成,可能有关,其动力源自随时间的推移而加多的微丝。妊娠周期中的滋养细胞,主要是合体细胞的超微结构,随周龄增加有着动态的变化,突出表现在核异染色质的增多及核聚集。依滋养细胞的变化,作者建议将妊娠周期中胎盘滋养细胞,分为早幼发育期、中熟动态期和晚表退化期。
From artificial abortion and natural production, access to 5 to 41 weeks of human placental cultured cells in 67 cases. The cytoplasm contained a pattern of desmosome rotation, It shows that the action of rotating force may be related to the congregation of syncytium nucleus and the formation of syncytium. The motivation comes from the increase of microfilaments over time. The gestational cycle of trophoblast cells, mainly the ultrastructure of syncytial cells, with the increase of the age has a dynamic change, highlighting the increase in nuclear heterochromatin and nuclear aggregation. According to the changes of trophoblasts, the authors suggest that the placental trophoblast cells in pregnancy should be divided into early development stage, mid-maturation stage and late-stage degeneration stage.
