在我国,公益广告最早出现在1986年。当时,由于题材狭隘,制作简单、粗糙,未被商家和观众重视。1996年,公益广告经过几年的蹒跚学步后,逐渐成熟起来。从选题到创意,公益广告内容日益深入到社会生活的各个领域。公益广告是为公众利益服务的非商业性广告,它作为精神文明建设的组成部分,通过广告手段宣传社会道德风范。为我国精神文明建设带来了积极的推动作用。
In China, public service ads first appeared in 1986. At that time, due to narrow parody, making simple, rough, not the attention of merchants and spectators. In 1996, public service announcements gradually matured after years of toddlerhood. From topic selection to creativity, the content of public service announcements is deepening into all fields of social life. Public service ads are non-commercial advertisements that serve the public interest.
