马拉硫磷及其同类杀虫剂在公共卫生和农业上的广泛使用,为蚊媒种群对有机磷产生抗性提供了选择压力。研究表明,昆虫对有机磷的代谢抗性主要是由于羧酸酯酶量或质的变异,而使其代谢加快。本文报告了斯里兰卡7种蚊媒对马拉硫磷的抗性水平及其羧酸酯酶机制所起的主导作用,并探讨其在病媒控制中的应用。
The widespread use of malathion and its insecticides in public health and agriculture provides selective pressure for mosquito populations to develop resistance to organic phosphorus. Studies have shown that the metabolic resistance of organic phosphorus to insects mainly due to the amount of carboxylesterase or quality variation, and make its metabolism faster. This article reports on the resistance of malathion to 7 mosquito vectors in Sri Lanka and the leading role of its carboxylesterase mechanism and its application in vector control.
