本文采用培养的人胎儿胰岛组织移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病患者18例,其中脑内移植者10例,腹腔内移植者8例。脑内胰岛移植组显效者7例,已完全撤离胰岛素治疗达2~13个月,有效者2例,每日胰岛素剂量较移植前减少37和64%,病情控制良好,无效者1例。腹腔内胰岛移植组有效者6例,其中4例均在2~5个月内复发。无效者2例。研究结果初步表明,脑内胰岛移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病较腹内移植为优。
In this paper, cultured human fetal islet transplantation in 18 cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus, including 10 cases of intracranial transplants, abdominal transplants in 8 cases. Intracerebroventricular islet transplantation group was markedly effective in 7 cases, has been completely withdrawn from insulin therapy for 2 to 13 months, 2 cases were effective, daily insulin dose decreased 37 and 64% compared with before transplantation, the disease was well controlled, 1 case of ineffective. Intraperitoneal islet transplantation group effective in 6 cases, of which 4 cases were recurrence within 2 to 5 months. Invalid in 2 cases. The results of the preliminary study show that intracerebral islet transplantation is superior to intra-abdominal transplantation in the treatment of type I diabetes mellitus.
