目的 :制订牙疾宁酊质量标准研究。方法 :用薄层色谱法鉴别荜菝、丁香油 ;用分光光度法测定制剂中蜂胶总黄酮的含量。结果 :定性定量方法简便 ,灵敏 ,准确 ,专属性强。结论 :建立的方法可供控制质量用。
Purpose : To develop a quality standard for dental caries. Methods: TLC and Clove oil were identified by thin layer chromatography. The content of total flavonoids in propolis was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: Qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, sensitive, accurate and specific. Conclusion: The established method can be used to control quality.
