目的了解杭州市妇产科医护人员职业枯竭与职业幸福感间的相关性,以期为降低医护人员职业枯竭水平以及提高职业幸福感提供理论依据。方法采用简单抽样法选择杭州市10家综合医院372名医护人员作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、职业倦怠普适性量表以及医护工作者职业幸福感量表对医护人员一般情况以及职业倦怠、职业幸福感现状进行调查,Pearson相关分析用于分析两者间的相关性。结果医护人员情绪枯竭与职业幸福感呈负向相关性(r=-0.59,P<0.05)、玩世不恭与职业幸福感具有负向相关性(r=-0.51,P<0.05),低成就感与职业幸福感具有正向相关性(r=0.58,P<0.05)。结论情绪衰竭、玩世不恭将导致医护人员职业幸福感降低,在工作中所获得成就感越低,职业幸福感越低。医护人员可通过提高工作热情,降低职业枯竭程度,从而增加职业幸福感。
Objective To understand the correlation between occupational exhaustion and occupational well-being in obstetrics and gynecology staff in Hangzhou, in order to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the occupational exhaustion level and improving the professional well-being of medical staff. Methods A total of 372 health care workers in 10 general hospitals in Hangzhou City were selected as the research objects by simple sampling method. The general information questionnaire, the universal scale of occupational burnout and the occupational happiness scale of health care workers were used to analyze the general situation of medical staff and occupational burnout , The status of occupational happiness survey, Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the two. Results There was a negative correlation between emotional exhaustion and occupational happiness (r = -0.59, P <0.05), a negative correlation between cynicism and professional happiness (r = -0.51, P <0.05) Occupational happiness has a positive correlation (r = 0.58, P <0.05). Conclusion Emotional failure, cynicism will lead to lower occupational happiness among medical staff, lower sense of accomplishment obtained at work, and lower occupational well-being. Health care workers can increase their sense of professional well-being by raising their enthusiasm for work and reducing the degree of job burnout.
