院感护士能最真实且及时地发现临床上的感控问题,前移院感危险因素监测及处置关口。《医院感染管理办法》要求,住院床位总数在100张以上的医院,应设立医院感染管理委员会和独立的医院感染管理部门。然而,如果医院没有一个核心的团队深入临床一线、调动科室参与管理,那么医院感染管理部门则形同虚设。

The “Administrative Measures on Nosocomial Infection” requires that hospitals with more than 100 hospital beds be provided with a hospital infection management committee and an independent hospital infection control department. However, if the hospital does not have a core team in-depth clinical departments, mobilizing departments involved in the management, then the hospital infection management is ineffective.
