目的了解新疆福海县乡村级预防接种人员现状,为提高预防接种服务质量提供整改依据。方法由乡村级接种人员填写统一的调查表,各乡卫生院审核,福海县疾病预防控制中心负责汇总分析。结果福海县乡村级预防接种人员35岁以下者占52.31%,36~45岁占26.15%,45岁以上占21.54%;其中哈萨克族占70.77%、汉族占24.62%、其他民族占4.61%;大专学历占13.85%、中专及以下学历占86.15%;兼职人员占100.00%;服务半径大于10 km的占60%;年工资1万元以下者占84.62%。结论福海县乡村级预防接种人员民汉比例失调,工作任务繁重、困难多、村级接种人员学历低、工资待遇低。
Objective To understand the status quo of rural vaccination personnel in Fuhai County of Xinjiang and to provide the basis for rectification in order to improve the quality of vaccination services. Methods The vaccination personnel at the village level filled in a unified questionnaire and reviewed by the township hospitals. The Fuhai CDC was responsible for a summary analysis. Results Fuhai county level vaccination personnel accounted for 52.31% under the age of 35, accounting for 26.15% of those aged 36-45 and 21.54% over the age of 45. Among them, Kazakhs accounted for 70.77%, Hans accounted for 24.62% and other ethnic groups accounted for 4.61% 13.85% of them hold academic degrees, 86.15% of them have diplomas of secondary technical education or below, 100.00% of part-time workers, 60% of service radius of more than 10 km and 84.62% of annual salary of 10,000 yuan or less. Conclusion There is a disproportion between the proportion of civilians vaccinated people in Fuhai County and the Han people, the heavy workload and the difficulties. The village vaccination personnel have low qualifications and low salary.
