我厂反射式燃煤加热炉,存在着冒烟喷火、热效率低、污染环境和劳动强度大等弊端。为了贯彻执行国家环保、节能等部门颁发的有关政策法令,我厂从1987年底开始对原加热炉进行更新改造。首先从国内较先进的炉型中,选择采用无锡新安环保节能设备厂生产的螺锥状旋风燃烧器(简称FKS)制成的新型燃煤锻造加热炉,炉子结构见图1。
Reflective coal-fired furnace in our factory, there is a smoke spit, low thermal efficiency, environmental pollution and labor-intensive disadvantages. In order to implement the relevant policies and decrees issued by the State Environmental Protection Department, Energy Conservation Department and other departments, our factory has been upgrading and revamping the original heating furnace since the end of 1987. First of all, from the more advanced furnaces in China, a new type of coal-fired forging furnace made of screw cone shaped cyclone burner (abbreviated as FKS) manufactured by Wuxi Xin’an Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Equipment Factory is selected. The structure of the furnace is shown in Fig. 1.
