调研了西安市5栋代表性大型商业综合体建筑的室内光环境照度、空气品质、温度及相对湿度。通过测试计算室内平均照度和照度均匀度,评价了室内光环境的照度水平;以PM 2.5、PM 10、TVOC和二氧化碳浓度作为评价因子,评价了室内空气品质;并测试了各建筑室内的温度和相对湿度;再结合消费者的问卷进行分析。总体来看,西安市大型商业综合体建筑室内光环境照度水平适当,室内空气品质较好,但是各建筑室内平均温度偏高而相对湿度偏低。综合节能、舒适、室内空气品质等因素,给出了室内温度的建议区间范围为18~18.7℃,同时建议适当提高室内相对湿度。
The indoor light environment illumination, air quality, temperature and relative humidity of five representative large commercial complexes in Xi’an were investigated. The illumination level of indoor light environment was evaluated by testing and calculating indoor average illuminance and illuminance uniformity. The indoor air quality was evaluated with PM 2.5, PM 10, TVOC and carbon dioxide concentration as evaluation factors. The indoor temperature and Relative humidity; combined with the consumer questionnaire for analysis. Overall, the indoor light environment illumination level of the large-scale commercial complex in Xi’an is appropriate, the indoor air quality is good, but the indoor average temperature in each building is relatively high and the relative humidity is low. Comprehensive energy saving, comfort, indoor air quality and other factors, given the recommended range of indoor temperature range 18 ~ 18.7 ℃, at the same time it is recommended to properly increase indoor relative humidity.
