The most important factor in the success of business management today is “change ”. Organizations (or individuals within institutions) face a market that is increasingly competitive and must take a positive attitude towards change, neglecting or underestimating the trend of change, all at high cost. So can we achieve prosperity through change management? Some people will shook their heads and said that this is impossible - the reason why the economy has come to the current difficult situation, tracing the source because of the wrong management. Instead of blaming disgruntled employees, blame those brain-dead managers who embrace old management ideas. Let us not talk about bad management decisions that led to the crisis. Clayton Christensen, who is known as the “World’s Most Influential Management Thinkers,” said businesses are flirting with short-sightedness at managers who are flirting with innovations that cut costs.
