镁合金在航空航天、汽车、电子等领域具有广阔的应用前景,焊接技术已经成为制约其应用的关键技术。本文探讨了氩弧焊工艺参数对不同材质、不同厚度的变形镁合金焊接接头质量的影响,采用金相显微镜对焊接接头进行了微观组织观察,通过显微硬度对力学性能进行了分析。结果发现,焊接电流为70A时,厚度3mmAZ31镁合金和厚度2.5mmME20M镁合金焊接接头成形较好,焊缝区组织呈细小的等轴晶,热影响区组织较粗大。
Magnesium alloy in the aerospace, automotive, electronics and other fields has broad application prospects, welding technology has become the key technology to restrict its application. In this paper, the effect of welding process parameters on the quality of deformed magnesium alloy welding joints with different materials and thicknesses was discussed. The microstructure of the welded joints was observed by optical microscopy and the mechanical properties were analyzed by the microhardness. The results show that when the welding current is 70A, the welded joints of 3mmAZ31 magnesium alloy and 2.5mmME20M magnesium alloy are well formed, the weld zone is finely equiaxed and the HAZ is coarse.
