目的 :观察银杏叶提取物对老年心血管疾病患者体内氧化 -抗氧化系统的作用及途径。方法 :43例老年心血管疾病患者口服银杏叶片 ,检测其用药前后体内丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -px)活性。结果 :用药 8周后 ,老年心血管病患者MDA含量下降了 2 5 .10 % (P <0 .0 5 )NO含量上升了 3 .4% ,SOD和GSH -px活性分别上升了 3 4 .70 % (P <0 .0 1)和 40 .0 0 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :银杏叶提取物能有效地清除体内自由基和提高抗氧化能力
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on oxidation-anti-oxidation system in elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases and its possible mechanism. Methods: Forty-three elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases were given ginkgo biloba orally. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH -px) activity. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the content of MDA in senile cardiovascular patients decreased by 25.10% (P <0.05), the content of NO increased by 3.4%, and the activity of SOD and GSH-ppx increased by 34%. 70% (P <0.01) and 40.0% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract can effectively remove free radicals and improve anti-oxidative capacity
