科教兴国与人才强国战略对于我国综合国力的提升,成效卓著,已经得到国家及社会各方面的广泛认同,而知识精英便是这一战略实施进程中的一支伟大而且具有核心作用的生力军。本文旨在通过对科学革命时代知识精英群体典型精神特质生成的历史与逻辑、内涵及价值等的研究,进一步探讨这种精神特质对于当代中国的方法论意义,并发挥其对当代的作用与启示。
The strategy of invigorating China by science and education and strengthening the nation by talented people has been widely recognized by all parts of the country and society for enhancing the overall national strength of our country and achieving remarkable results. The elite of knowledge, on the other hand, is a great and central new force in the process of implementing this strategy. The purpose of this paper is to further explore the methodological significance of this spiritual trait to contemporary China and to exert its role and enlightenment on the contemporary through the study of the history and logic, connotation and value of the typical spiritual traits of the intellectual elite in the scientific revolutionary era.
