目的:建立测定四季青片中山奈素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(65∶35),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为366nm。结果:山奈素在0～0.3752μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=8);平均回收率为98.48%,RSD为2.66%(n=6)。结论:方法准确、操作简便,重复性好,可用于四季青片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of midazolam in Sijiqing Tablets. Methods: The HPLC method was used on a CAPCELL PAK C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (65:35) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 366 nm. Results: kaempferol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0 ~ 0.3752μg with r = 0.9999 (n = 8). The average recovery was 98.48% with a RSD of 2.66% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, easy to operate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Sijiqing tablets.
