1 概况南乐县位于河南省东北部,豫鲁冀三省交界处。属海河流域,地处黄河、卫河、漳河冲积平原,总面积624km~3,地势较为平坦,但局部有沙丘起伏或沟洼相连。境内主要有卫河、徒骇河、马颊河等10余条排灌沟渠。卫河、徒骇河主要承担汛期排涝。马颊河(第一濮清南)、永顺沟、东三干、第二、第三濮清南干渠等主要是引黄补源,蓄水灌溉。
1 Overview Nanle County is located in the northeast of Henan Province, Henan, Shandong and Hebei provinces at the junction. Is a Haihe River Basin, is located in the Yellow River, Weihe, Zhanghe alluvial plain, with a total area of 624km ~ 3, the terrain is relatively flat, but there are local dunes or ditch depression connected. There are Wei River, Tuhai River, Ma River and other more than 10 irrigation ditches. Wei River, Tu Hai River mainly flood season drainage. Majia River (the first Puqing South), Yongshun ditch, the East Third dry, the second and the third Puqing South Main Canal and other main sources of the Yellow River, water storage irrigation.
