北京、张家口的联合申奥成功对我高校体育的发展有着重大的影响力,同时也是我国高校体育的快速发展和不断创新的好时期。体育与教育和文化相结合才是现代奥林匹克精神的核心,也是我国高校体育发展的核心。高校作为传承文化的重要载体,如何有效的、高效地向大学生传播奥林匹克文化,进行奥林匹克教育已成为奥运会筹备的重要环节。京津冀一体化背景下筹办冬奥会,将有力的推动高校体育文化的发展,优秀的高校体育文化环境不仅能够培养当代大学生的体育精神、校园精神、文明建设精神,而且运动本身的规则和拼搏精神,也潜移默化的影响着校园文化的内容。张家口地方院校中有三所综合类本科高校:河北建筑工程学院具、河北北方学院、张家口学院,张家口高校应借申奥这一契机,不仅仅是对学生传授体育技能,增强学生身体素质,还必须要突出期人文性,着重提升学生的体育文化素养。本课题的研究成果将对张家口高校体育文化快速的发展起到巨大的推动作用,目的是为了传播和弘扬奥林匹克运动和奥林匹克精神,全面推进我国大学生素质教育思想的创新,为新形势下丰富和发展高校体育文化,促进大学生素质教育的实施和发展提供依据。对我国高校体育的可持续发展具有深远的意义。
