供给侧结构性改革将是“十三五”时期内中国经济改革的重中之重,将为经济的长远健康发展发挥重要作用。本文主要讨论了苏州市在实行供给侧结构性改革时需要在财税体制上进行的配套支持。文章在介绍苏州市经济、产业发展现状的基础上,分析了目前苏州市优化供给结构时遇到的障碍,和这些障碍与苏州财税体制上支持不足的关系。最后文章根据这些问题针对性地提出了具体对策建议,以期优化苏州的财税支持体系,使其更好地服务实体经济的发展。
The supply-side structural reform will be the top priority of China’s economic reform in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period and will play an important role in the long-term and healthy economic development. This article mainly discusses the support that Suzhou City needs to implement in the fiscal and taxation system when implementing the supply-side structural reform. On the basis of introducing the current economic and industrial development in Suzhou, the article analyzes the obstacles encountered in optimizing the supply structure in Suzhou and the relationship between these obstacles and the lack of support in the fiscal and taxation system in Suzhou. According to these questions, the last part of the article put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions so as to optimize the fiscal and tax support system in Suzhou so that it can better serve the development of the real economy.
