通过高温显微镜观测了PdRu_5/AlMg_5复合丝界面扩散层的形成过程;研究了扩散厚度与温度和扩散时间的关系;计算并图示了扩散系数k与温度的关系。研究了几个常用的环境温度下扩散层对点火性能的影响。进行了真空、氩气及空气中的点火试验, 证明该丝适用于真空、氩气及大气中的点火。用X衍射仪测定了点火后的生成物。显微硬度计测定了扩散层的显微硬度,实验认为该丝在250℃左右30分钟热处理为宜。
The formation process of interface diffusion layer of PdRu_5 / AlMg_5 composite wire was observed by high temperature microscope. The relationship between diffusion thickness and temperature and diffusion time was studied. The relationship between diffusion coefficient k and temperature was calculated and illustrated. The effect of diffusion layer on ignition performance at several commonly used ambient temperatures was investigated. The vacuum, argon and air ignition tests were carried out to prove that the wire is suitable for ignition in vacuum, argon and atmosphere. The product after ignition was measured with a X-ray diffractometer. The hardness of the diffusion layer was measured by the microhardness tester. It is considered that the wire should be heat treated at 250 ℃ for about 30 minutes.
