“十二五”规划新背景下,我国政治经济形势发展迅速。全国医疗卫生事业也取得了突飞猛进的发展。结合医改新形势,医院政治思想工作必须从全新的角度谋求改革,推动创新,全面落实科学发展观。相关从业人员更应深刻认识到医院思想政治工作的重要性。本文从实际情况出发,积极探索在医改新形势下如何推动医院政治思想工作的创新,使政治思想工作更好地服务于医院的发展。
Under the new background of the 12th Five-year Plan, the political and economic situation in our country is developing rapidly. The cause of national medical and health care has also made rapid progress. Combined with the new situation of medical reform, the hospital’s political and ideological work must seek reform from a new perspective, promote innovation and fully implement the scientific concept of development. Relevant employees should be more profound understanding of the ideological and political work of the hospital’s importance. Based on the actual situation, this paper actively explores how to promote the innovation of the hospital’s political and ideological work in the new situation of medical reform so that the political and ideological work can better serve the development of the hospital.
