当代世界上一些管理专家们普遍认为,“管理是一种经济资源”。我们几十年的社会主义建设的实践也证明,要实现农业、工业、国防和科学技术的现代化,首先要靠科学技术的现代化,另一个是解决我们管理落后的问题,实现管理技术的现代化。管理水平太低,再好的科学技术也无用武之地。不解决好管理问题,四个现代化建设是有困难的。因此,需要下大功夫学习和运用先进的管理科学,选择理论上最合理、实践中最有效、在我国当前又能行得通的管理理论。根据两年来的实践,以全面质量管理的理论为基础并结合我国的实际情况加以推广运用,就可以提高我们的企业管理水平。
Some management experts in the contemporary world generally believe that “management is an economic resource.” Our decades of practice in socialist construction have also proved that to achieve the modernization of agriculture, industry, national defense, and science and technology, we must first rely on the modernization of science and technology, and on the other hand, we should solve the problem of our backward management and realize the modernization of management techniques. The management level is too low, and even the best science and technology are useless. Without solving the good management problems, there are difficulties in the four modernization projects. Therefore, we need to make great efforts to study and apply advanced management science and choose the management theory that is most reasonable in theory, most effective in practice, and that can work in our country. According to the practice in the past two years, based on the theory of total quality management and in combination with the actual situation in China to promote the use of, we can improve our business management.
