洪洞。是临汾地区的税收大县。其税收由1984年初财税分设时的845万元迈步,步步攀登,连年超收,一年迈上一个新台阶。特别是到了税制改革和国税、地税分设后的1994年,洪洞国税局全年完成税收5358万元,超额任务652.3万元,在全区名列前茅。尤其1995年在任务增长40.11％严峻形势下,全局干部职工在领头人——洪洞县国税局局长李玉善的带领下,把压力当动力,知难而上,勇于拼搏,不断开拓。截至1995年9月底,累计完成各项税收6096.22万元,为奋斗目标的81.26％,与上年同期相比增长52.4％,增收2089.33万元。其中:“两税”完成5994.28万元。为计划的80.49％,与上年同期相比增长50％,增收2005.07万元;乡镇税收完成1886.41万元,为计划的80.58％,增长209.41％,增收1276.74万元;个体税收完成530.64万元,为计划的118.34％,增长70.73％,增收219.84万元。全局14个所全部超过平均进度要求。无论是总任务,还是各单项指标,其进度之快,增长幅度之大都是以往所没有过的,真正成为名震一方的税收一杆旗。
