对机车车辆在低速制动工况下转向架及制动系统发生的颤振现象进行了系统分析.通过对制动中轮对与闸瓦摩擦副特性曲线、制动系统动态特性的分析研究可知,摩擦副负特性曲线是引起制动系统颤振的根本原因,可通过加强制动器与转向架构架连接刚度的方法来抑制和消除制动系统颤振.
The chatter phenomenon of the bogie and the brake system of the rolling stock under the condition of low speed braking is analyzed systematically.Through the analysis of the friction characteristic curves between the wheelset and the brake shoe and the dynamic characteristics of the brake system, The negative characteristic curve of the friction is the root cause of the chattering of the brake system. The chattering of the brake system can be suppressed and eliminated by strengthening the connection stiffness between the brake and the bogie frame.
